1.⁠ ⁠Refund Policy: We do not provide refunds for booked sessions unless we cancel your session for any reason.

2.⁠ ⁠Property Responsibility: UMG studios UK is not responsible for any properties left in the studio by the client. Please ensure you take all your belongings with you when you leave the studio.

3.⁠ ⁠Late Arrival: We reserve the right to cancel your booking if you arrive more than 30 minutes late without prior notice. In such cases, no refunds will be provided.

4.⁠ ⁠Recording Deletion: Any recorded work that has not been taken out of the studio by the end of the booking day will be deleted to ensure privacy and data security.

5.⁠ ⁠Engineer Rescheduling: Our site serves as a booking portal for available engineers. Engineers reserve the right to reschedule sessions in case of emergencies. We will make every effort to accommodate a new session time that is convenient for both parties.

By booking a session at UMG Studios, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these terms and conditions. Any violation of these terms may result in the cancellation of your booking without refund.
